**Review:** I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel for a week, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, the level of service and attention to detail was impeccable. **Arrival and Check-In:** The check-in process was smooth and efficient. I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff, who offered me a refreshing welcome drink and a warm towel to freshen up. The concierge was extremely helpful, providing me with a map of the city and recommending some excellent local restaurants and attractions. **Room:** My room was a Deluxe King Suite with a stunning view of the city skyline. The room was spacious, immaculate, and beautifully decorated with modern furnishings. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with high-quality linens and a selection of pillows. The bathroom was a highlight, featuring a rain shower, a deep soaking tub, and luxurious toiletries from a high-end brand. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of maintaining the room, and the nightly turndown service was a lovely touch. **Amenities:** The hotel offers a wide range of amenities that cater to both leisure and business travelers. The rooftop pool and lounge area were perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing, offering breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere. The fitness center was well-equipped with modern machines and free weights, and I appreciated the availability of complimentary yoga classes in the morning. The business center was also top-notch, with high-speed internet, comfortable workstations, and private meeting rooms. **Dining:** Dining at the Serenity Grand Hotel was a culinary delight. The hotel's main restaurant served a delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options, including fresh fruits, pastries, and made-to-order omelets. I also dined at their fine dining restaurant, which offered a sophisticated menu featuring locally sourced ingredients and an impressive wine list.

It's a business hotel but also comfortable and good for non-business travellers. The room was large and very comfortable. The two restaurants were great, really good food. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Free parking too, although that's a bit standard for Abu Dhabi these days. The location was good, between the corniche and the main drag down to Yas Island, but you'll need a car. Overall we thought it was a good hotel, despair the price and we would be happy to go back.

The rooms were large, spacious and had everything you could possibly want or need The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were incredibly small and soft - I needed 3 for a comfortable night's sleep The room service was a unique experience and I had the BEST fish and chips I have ever had in a long time

I would like to lodge a complaint that I was cheated in the rate of Qatari rials exchanged at your hotel, when I checked in early morning at 2am on the 10 th of August, I was given rate of 0.90 for the Qatari rials against the prevailing exchange rate of 1.01 , since it was a late hour and I had a sleepless night I overlooked the rate given to me . But I did not expect the staff from your Hotel to take advantage of this , I want a refund of the difference and an apology for this incident.
